Organizational structure

The organizational structure of Sobh Omid is defined as a matrix, considering the form of processes and projects. For each organization or organizational project, a dedicated leader is defined who is responsible for managing and advancing the project within the organization. Each project’s business consulting and analysis team, under the supervision of the leader, is responsible for advancing the analysis and communication with each organization. On the other hand, specialized teams such as data analysis and business intelligence, software and systems, finance and accounting, legal and corporate governance, serve each project team depending on the needs of the projects.
